Itiahi Araroa is the treasurer of Farlough, a small merchant town. He represents the interests of the town's merchant population on the town's council, and acts as a liaison between the council and the mercantile giant, Kaihoko. At its simplest, his job involves making sure the independent merchants and the Kaihoko play nicely with each other, and with the people and law enforcement of Farlough.
